Structural Engineering design for Building Warrant
Building warrant designs for domestic clients make up the majority of Hive's work. I can assist with your building warrant design, and provide SER Certification. Examples of work undertaken include:

Throughout the warrant process, the most important part - for me - is open communication with the Architect. As they lead the project, I need to feed into what they are trying to achieve for our mutual client. Over many years I have built up very close working relationships with Architects, many of whom I now call my friends. I am always keen to meet new Architects to forge new close working relationships so that our clients get the very best service possible.
